Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administration and documentation of resident medications according to accepted practices.
• Ensure that rooms are ready for new admissions.
• Greet newly admitted residents upon admission and escort them to rooms.
• Consult with residents' physicians for care plans when necessary.
• Notify attending physicians of accidents or changes in condition.
• Carry out restorative and rehabilitative programs and assist with daily living activities.
• Maintain clean, safe treatment areas and proper medication storage.
• Document adverse reactions and communicate with pharmacies.
