Independence House is seeking a Medication Aide/Nurse Aide to support licensed staff in delivering direct resident care. You will assist with daily activities and provide comfort under supervision, following federal, state, and local guidelines and the facility's policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Ohio Nurse Aide Registry certification, and a Medication Aide certificate, with strong communication skills and physical stamina to handle lifting and mobility tasks.
