Job summary

Life Care Services (LCS) is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) / Caregiver for Freedom Village Holland. Flexible full and part‑time schedules are available, with 1st or 2nd shifts, Mon-Fri, weekends, or alternating weekends.

• Prior geriatric experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, positioning, and exercising.
• Perform basic treatments, tests, and procedures as instructed.
• Record observations and care provided.
• Transfer, transport, and escort residents.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Change linens, make beds, and maintain clean resident rooms.
• Maintain safe and sanitary work areas.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Attend in‑service training and education sessions.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Hiring: Full & Part-time

About the Role

• - Assist licensed nursing staff with activities of daily living
• - Support residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, eating, and mobility
• - Provide routine care to promote independence and dignity
• - Serve as a stepping‑stone to becoming a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
