Trilogy Health Services in Tell City, IN invites applications for a Resident Care Associate (RCA) role. This position supports non-certified, routine services under supervision with a clear pathway toward CNA certification.

You’ll help with daily living activities, dining, and resident engagement in a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates may have a high school diploma and be pursuing CNA coursework.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.
• Training toward CNA certification available.

Mansioni

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry including trash removal and bed making.
• Assist with meal service: transport to dining, tray delivery, and ensuring dining experience.
• Provide great customer service, companionship, and communication with residents; respond to call lights promptly and engage residents.
• Assist with personal care per state regulatory guidelines.
• Attend training program leading to CNA certification.
