Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) in Terre Haute, IN to provide non-certified routine services while pursuing CNA training. The role supports housekeeping, meal service, resident engagement, and personal care under supervision.

The position emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and adherence to state guidelines. Training toward CNA certification is offered, with a focus on resident well-being and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/unoccupied beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to/from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Provides excellent customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights promptly and engaging residents in activities.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
