Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) at our Vincennes, IN campus. You will perform general non-certified routine services and participate in a training program leading to CNA certification, with support for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities include assisting with housekeeping, meal service, resident companionship, personal care per state guidelines, and engaging residents in activities. A HS diploma is preferred and 0–1 year experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Assists with meal service and resident transport to the dining room.
• Provides friendly, responsive resident engagement and communication.
• Assists with personal care according to state guidelines.
• Attends a training program leading to CNA certification.
