Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services while pursuing CNA training. The role focuses on resident comfort, safety, and daily support under supervision.

You will participate in meal service, housekeeping, and activities engagement, with a path toward certification. This on-site position offers a supportive team, meaningful relationships with residents, and opportunities for growth within the Trilogy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
• Provides great customer service, companionship, and communication with our residents by answering call lights in a timely manner, checking in with residents frequently and assisting with engagement in activities.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).

Education
