Trilogy Health Services in Columbus, IN is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services under supervision, with a path to CNA certification.

You’ll help with dining, housekeeping, and resident engagement, deliver compassionate care, and participate in a training program to become a Nursing Assistant. Trilogy offers Thrive benefits and competitive weekly pay.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience
• Provides great customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights, checking in, and assisting with activities
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A)
