Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Ohio seeks a Resident Care Associate to support Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents with non-certified routine services.

You will assist with daily living activities, housekeeping, meal service, and transportation within the dining room; collaborate with clinical staff to keep residents comfortable; and follow state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in assisted living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry services.
• Provide daily living assistance (hygiene, incontinence care, bathing, grooming).
• Assist with meal service and dining room logistics.
• Respond to resident call lights promptly.
• Check in on residents unable to call for help.
• Support clinical staff to keep residents comfortable.
• Assist with personal care per state guidelines.
