Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services for Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents under supervision.

Key duties include helping with activities of daily living, hygiene, bathing, grooming, meal service, housekeeping, laundry, answering call lights, and supporting clinical staff to keep residents comfortable and safe. This on-site role offers Thrive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and changing beds
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene, incontinence care, bathing and grooming
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining room and tray delivery
• Answers residents' call lights promptly
• Ensures residents who cannot call for help are checked frequently
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable and safe
