Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) in Ohio to support Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living residents. You will perform general non-certified routine services under supervision, including daily living activities and meal service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to dining, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Answers residents' call lights promptly.
• Ensures residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (e.g., check sitting position, hydration passing).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
