Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services for Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents. The role supports housekeeping, meals, hygiene and daily living activities under supervision.

The RCA collaborates with clinical staff to ensure resident comfort, safety, and quality of life while adhering to state guidelines and facility procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing, and grooming.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Answers residents' call lights promptly.
• Checks residents who are unable to call for help.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (e.g., hydration, seating).
• Assists with personal care according to state guidelines.

Education
