Lions Gate CCRC in Voorhees, NJ is hiring entry-level Certified Nursing Assistants. You will provide hands-on care to residents, support daily living activities, and help maintain a respectful, dignified environment in a Kosher setting.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you’ll perform ADLs, monitor vital signs, assist with mobility, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety, comfort, and quality outcomes. Sign-on bonus available for full-time hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Nursing Assistant training and NJ Nurse Aide Registry certification in good standing.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Dependability, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
• Commitment to annual education/in-service requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide total care and assist residents with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dental care, toileting, dressing, mobility).
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning using walkers, gait belts, wheelchairs, lifts, and related equipment.
• Keep residents clean, dry, and comfortable; change linens as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized resident environment and encourage independence.
• Perform supervised clinical tasks (vital signs, intake/output, specimen collection, ROM).
• Support safety and infection control, HIPAA compliance, and Kosher standards.
