Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC seeks a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide non-certified routine services under supervision, with pathway to CNA training. In this role you’ll support residents with daily living, meals, and companionship on a well-staffed campus.

You’ll participate in ongoing training, engage residents with friendly communication, and strive to deliver compassionate, person-centered care in a respectful environment. This is a front-line, growth-oriented position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry including trash removal and bed care.
• Assists with meal service: transportation to dining, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
• Provides customer service, companionship, and communication with residents; answers call lights promptly.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to CN A certification.
