Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Petersburg, Indiana, is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services and support as you train toward becoming a Home Health Aide (HHA) and eventually a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).

You will assist with daily living activities, meal service, housekeeping, and resident engagement, while participating in a supervisory-guided training program and contributing to a caring, supportive community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Provides great customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights promptly, checking in with residents, and helping with activities.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and eventually a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
