Job summary

Porter Hills Village in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a part-time Resident Care Assistant to support residents in our memory care and assisted living areas. This role focuses on compassionate personal care, helping residents with daily activities, and ensuring a safe, warm, and welcoming home environment.

The position is 2pm–10:15pm, 19 hours per week with every-other weekend on a schedule that varies Monday through Friday. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered for the second shift.
