The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in New Jersey. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per-Diem opportunities with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new FT hires on 7 AM–3 PM shifts, plus competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.

Daily pay and benefits are available. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, observing and reporting changes, and maintaining a safe, dignified care environment

Formación

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in New Jersey.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus (New FT Hires – 7 AM–3 PM!)
Shifts: 7 AM–3 PM | 3 PM–11 PM | 11 PM–7 AM
PRN: Any 8-hour shift (1 Weekend/Month)
$20–$26.50/hr (+$2/hr if Benefits Waived - FT)
+$1.50 Evening / +$2 Night Differential

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
