Job summary

Carefree Living in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking full-time AM Resident Assistants to join our Assisted Living community. We value teamwork, respect, and compassion, and offer professional development within a dependable health care company.

Responsibilities include helping residents with daily living activities, building relationships, and maintaining a safe living environment. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided
• Assist adults with activities of daily living
• Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment
• Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs
• Other duties as assigned
