Our St CloudCarefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Full and Part Time AM/PM and Overnight Resident Assistants to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED.
• Passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Pass basic written competency and skills test.
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must meet the physical requirements and will be subject to DHS and criminal background study.

Responsibilities

• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided
• Assist adults with activities of daily living
• Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment
• Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs
