Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and report changes in resident condition within scope of duties.
• Provide direct resident care and room prep as directed by nursing staff.
• Order and restock resident care supplies to meet daily needs.
• Demonstrate service excellence aligning with mission and values to promote satisfaction.
• Follow policies, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist other tasks as directed by Nurse, DON, or ADON.
