Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Assistant to provide personal care, housekeeping, and social activities in a supportive assisted-living setting. You will work closely with the Health Services Director and staff to maintain a home-like environment that respects dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meals, and mobility, while following infection control procedures and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Ability to adhere to assisted living principles.
• Maintains confidentiality of information.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Professional grooming and appearance.
• Communicates effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Stamina to stand long periods and ambulate.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to philosophy of dignity, privacy, independence, and home-like environment.
• Receives and communicates reports between shifts.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, toileting, transfers, and mobility.
• Assist with meals service and housekeeping for Residents.
• Observe and report changes in Resident status; notify nurse as needed.
• Maintain infection control procedures and safe environment.
