St. Gabriel's Community in Bismarck, ND is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant who will support residents with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment. You will build meaningful relationships while delivering care with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include observing residents, documenting findings, and assisting with onboarding new associates. Applicants should be 18+, able to read/write English, and have or obtain BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete/maintain medication administration training and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The RA supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The RA provides observation and documentation.
• The RA assists with onboarding of new Associates.
