Job summary

Benedictine Living in the upper Midwest is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, care with compassion, and to build meaningful relationships within our team.

You will observe, document care, assist with onboarding of new Associates, and complete required training including medication administration. Strong English communication and BLS certification are essential, and you must meet the age and lift equipment requirements.

Qualifications

• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation of resident care.
• The RA supports residents with daily living activities and maintains their personal environment.
• The RA assists with onboarding of new Associates.
• Must complete and maintain medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
