Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/PCA in Memphis to assist residents with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and help with move‑ins. You will perform housekeeping, respond to calls, and support activity programs while maintaining confidentiality and following policies.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and physical ability to lift and assist residents. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push or carry 25 lbs.
• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas and common spaces.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
• Plan and conduct activity programs for residents.
• Assist residents with move-in transition and provide emotional support.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow policies.
