• Develop and maintain an open relationship with residents of the community through regular interaction, encouragement and support.
• Serves meals, snacks, and beverages to residents and provides assistance in eating to those who need it.
• Performs housekeeping duties within the community.
• Assists residents in organized activities and maintains resident records through regular documentation.
