Responsibilities

• Provide resident care, monitor health status, and report changes to the care manager.
• Engage residents through regular interaction, support, and encouragement.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and aiding residents who need help eating.
• Perform housekeeping and assist with activities to support wellbeing.
