Qualifications

• Education and experience in care giving or related field preferred.
• Experience with crisis intervention and homeless or low-income populations is desired.
• Requires CPR/First Aid certification and valid CA driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, compassionate care for residents under supervision.
• Answer phones, manage sign-in sheets, and generate incident reports.
• Assist with daily living needs and monitor safety and cleanliness.
• Mediate conflicts and de-escalate tense situations among tenants.
• Monitor entrances, cameras, and rounds to ensure security.
• Maintain confidential information in accordance with HIPAA standards.
