Job summary

Qualifications

• Must maintain regular worksite attendance.
• Must complete required in-service education and screenings.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, and peri care.
• Take and record vital signs per schedule.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Prepare and maintain clean med room; ensure infection control.
• Document and report resident information prior to leaving shift.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services as scheduled.
• Perform light maintenance and monitor safety procedures.
• Participate in shift hand-offs and communicate resident status.
