Camp Grady Spruce YMCA in Graford, TX is seeking a Resident Camp Program Director to live on site and oversee our summer resident camp program and weekend events. The role supervises one full-time staff member and manages all program deliverables for the summer camp and related activities.

Responsibilities include developing the camp plan, overseeing staffing, health and safety, budgeting (1.8 million), and collaborating with volunteers on campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of Summer Residence Camp experience preferred.
• 5 years of supervisory/administrative experience.
• 2+ years of leading staff training preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead summer resident camp program on-site.
• Oversee staffing, health and safety, programming and marketing.
• Create and monitor the Summer Resident Camp budget (1.8 million).
• Train staff and lead Summer Camp Leadership staff.
• Coordinate volunteers and support annual campaigns as needed.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the camp program.
