Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Resident Building Caretaker in Minnesota. The role focuses on daily housekeeping, light maintenance, and upkeep of common areas within a residential building.

On-call coverage is required to respond to emergencies and maintain safety on-site, including handling water shut-offs and basic maintenance tasks. Qualified candidates will hold a High School Diploma with Boiler and CPO licenses or the ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping of common areas inside and outside the building including hallways, lobby, amenities, stairwells and elevators.
• Clean guest rooms and party room as needed.
• Transfer dumpsters for garbage and recycling pickup.
• Balance pool and spa chemicals and check boiler water levels.
• Replace HVAC filters in common areas and maintain safety procedures.
• Communicate concerns and solutions to the Association Manager.
• Perform daily through annual duties as scheduled and on-call emergencies.
