Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking dedicated care aides for on-site shifts from 3 pm–11 pm or 11 pm–7 am, with immediate openings. Role focuses on supporting residents with activities of daily living and ensuring safety and independence in memory care settings.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; caregiving experience (1 year preferred), with 5 years in memory care preferred. CNA is optional. Competitive wages and immediate hiring are highlighted. Equal opportunity employer.

• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team, residents and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
