Job summary

Juniper Communities in Pennsylvania is seeking Care Aides to join a compassionate team. Full-time day shifts and part-time evening shifts are available, with weekend availability and Direct Caregivers Certification preferred.

You will support residents with daily living activities, promote safety, and help maintain independence. As a Care Aide you will collaborate with a dedicated team, monitor residents' well-being, document care, and provide friendly, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Med Tech Certificate (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
