Job summary

The Heritage is hiring Resident Assistants who do more than provide care — they help residents live with dignity in a warm, respectful home. You’ll assist with daily activities, support safety, and foster meaningful connections with residents and their families.

No prior caregiving is required; training is provided. We offer weekly pay, competitive wages, annual raises, recognition, and a supportive leadership team. Flexible shifts include weekends and holidays.

• Physical ability to perform daily duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and assisting with resident mobility
