Job summary

The Heritage at Cedar Community is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant for the PM shift. This full-time role focuses on helping residents with daily activities, ensuring safety, comfort, and a warm, respectful living environment.

You will respond to call lights, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with the care team to support residents and their families. Training is provided, and weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergencies.
• Energy, patience, and professionalism to meet residents’ daily needs.
• Physical ability to perform daily duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Teamwork mindset and willingness to support both residents and coworkers.
