Community First Solutions seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) to provide direct, person-centered care to residents. You’ll support daily activities, from personal care to companionship, helping residents maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Active status on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry is required.
• State Tested CNA certification or credential is required.

Overview

At Community First Solutions, our care teams focus on the person—not just the task. As a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) you will provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. From helping with personal care to offering companionship, you’ll play a vital role in fostering dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve.

Schedules

Part Time PM (6:30 - 7:00), 36 hours per week with every third weekend rotation

Pay

Starting at $18.00/hour, based on date of state certification
