Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) to provide direct, person-centered care, assisting with daily activities to support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. You’ll contribute to dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve.

We offer Full Time and Part Time schedules, with weekend rotation and sign-on bonuses; starting pay is $18.00/hour, based on state certification date.

Overview

At Community First Solutions, our care teams focus on the person—not just the task. As a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) you will provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. From helping with personal care to offering companionship, you’ll play a vital role in fostering dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve.

Schedules:

• Full Time (6:30 - 7:00), 36 hours per week with every third weekend rotation $1000 Sign On Bonus
• Part Time (6:30am - 7:00pm), 24 hours per week with every third weekend rotation $500 Sign On Bonus

Pay:

Starting at $18.00/hour, based on date of state certification
