Job summary

Community First Solutions in Jamestowne seeks a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) to provide direct, person-centered care and support residents with daily activities. You will foster dignity, independence, and belonging while working with a collaborative team.

Full-time or part-time positions available with shifts starting early morning. Starting pay is $18.00/hour, with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 for qualifying roles. Ohio STNA certification and registry active status are required.

Overview

At Community First Solutions, our care teams focus on the person—not just the task. As a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) you will provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. From helping with personal care to offering companionship, you'll play a vital role in fostering dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve.

Schedules

• Full Time (6:30 - 7:00), 36 hours per week with every third weekend rotation $1000 Sign On Bonus
• Part Time (6:30am - 7:00pm), 24 hours per week with every third weekend rotation $500 Sign On Bonus

Pay

Starting at $18.00/hour, based on date of state certification
