Job summary

Lawrence Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing care and support patient well-being under the direction of the Director of Nursing and physicians.

You will administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes. Arkansas RN licensure, BLS, and timely ACLS/PALS/NIHSS/TNCC training are required or soon-to-be-completed.

Qualifications

• RN license in Arkansas (active, in good standing)
• BLS required at hire; ACLS/PALS/NIHSS within 90 days; TNCC within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care and ensure patient well-being under supervision of DON and physicians.
• Administer medications and monitor patients as part of the care team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient treatment and discharge planning.

Job Objective/Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for supervising nursing care.
