SpringBrook Community of Onalaska is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) to provide essential personal care to our residents. This role offers part-time and full-time schedules with competitive pay ranging from $18.50 to $22 per hour, along with shift differentials for evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with personal care such as laundry, bathing, dressing, medication administration, and other activities of daily living.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families.
• Respond to needs promptly and with compassion.
• Support the nursing team with delegated tasks as needed.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Previous experience in senior care, caregiving, or a related field, preferred.
• CNA certification, preferred.
• Medication technician certification, a plus.

Shift Differentials:

• Evening Shift: +$2.00/hour
• Night Shift: +$3.00/hour
