Caregiver (SpringBrook Community of Onalaska, Onalaska, WI)

Pay: $18.50 - $22 per hour (plus shift differentials). Full-time and part-time positions available.

Schedule: Full-time or part-time; weekends only for some positions. Shift times: Days 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Evenings 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Night 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Weekend Warriors receive $4 per hour extra.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support with personal care tasks including laundry, bathing, dressing, medication administration, and other daily living activities.
• Foster positive, meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Address resident needs quickly while maintaining a kind and respectful approach.
• Assist nursing staff with assigned duties and provide support as needed.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Previous experience in senior care, caregiving, or a related field, preferred.
• CNA certification, preferred.
• Medication technician certification, plus.

Shift Differentials

• Evening shift: +$2.00 per hour
• Night shift: +$3.00 per hour
• Weekends: +$1.00 per hour
