Job summary

SpringBrook Community of Onalaska in Onalaska, WI is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents with meals and dining services. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a competitive hourly wage between $16.00 and $18.00, plus weekend differential. You will assist with food prep, serving meals, and maintaining clean dining areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food prep, including portioning, plating, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Set tables, prepare beverages, deliver meals on schedule, and offer courteous resident service.
• Follow recipes to prepare salads and desserts for meals.
• Operate dishwashing equipment, clean and store dishware, and track supply levels.
• Clean and sanitize dining and kitchen areas, manage waste, and support overall facility hygiene.
• Follow hygiene protocols, prevent cross‑contamination, and monitor food temperatures.
• Contribute positively to a team environment and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently when needed.
• Attend required meetings, follow regulations, and uphold the community’s mission and values.
