Job summary

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a caring Resident Care Assistant to support residents in our Onalaska, WI communities. You will assist with personal care and daily activities, helping residents maintain independence and dignity while working as part of a dedicated team.

Positions offer part-time schedules with PM and AM shifts, including every other weekend and every other holiday off. Benefits include a range of health, dental, vision, and retirement options for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Previous direct care experience (preferred, not required).
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), (preferred, not required).
• CBRF Certification, (preferred, not required).

• Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible.
• Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks.

• Part Time 35.5/pp PM shifts; 3-10pm weekdays and 6:30-3pm weekends.
• Part Time 34/pp AM shifts; 7-1pm on the weekdays and 6:30-3pm on weekends.

Resident Care Assistant

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team of dedicated and hardworking Resident Care Assistants serving the residents of our retirement and life community.

In this role, you will primarily work with either the residents in our 18 memory care apartments or the 42 residents in our assisted living Facility. Our building is also home to 70 residents in our independent living plus.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
• Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks

What You’ll Need

• Previous direct care experience (preferred, not required)
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), (preferred, not required)
• CBRF Certification, (preferred, not required)

Our Wages

• Our starting rate is between $18.00 to $21.50 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
• We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.
• PM Differential, NOC Differential, and Weekend Differentials apply; plus on-call and call-in pay
