Job summary

American Lutheran Homes Menomonie is seeking dedicated Part-Time Resident Assistants to support Autumn Village residents with daily living, care, and companionship.

This role involves assisting with personal care, orientation, activities, meals, and reporting changes to the next shift; flexible AM/PM shifts are available. Join us to provide compassionate, meaningful support in a warm community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in resident care or caregiving is desirable.
• Able to assist with personal care and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (manicures, bathing, and dressing) to individuals requiring assistance
• Provide daily orientation to residents
• Facilitate activity group, serve meals/snacks, and clean kitchen/dining room area
• Report to next shift with updates on any progress or changes
