Job summary

Benedictine Living Community in Rochester, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, observe and document changes, and assist with onboarding of new associates. You will complete medication administration training, maintain competencies, and read/write in English.

The role requires 18+ to operate lift equipment and a BLS certification. This nonprofit setting offers meaningful work and benefits.
