Job summary

Benedictine Living Community – La Crosse is hiring a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate daily living support to our residents. You will assist with ADLs, observe and document care, and help onboard new Associates in a warm, respectful environment.

Experience in healthcare, caregiving, or customer service is preferred. The role offers varied shifts and a strong benefits package in a community-focused nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
