Illuminus in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant for senior living to support daily activities and promote safety and engagement for residents. You will provide compassionate companionship and assist with everyday tasks to help residents maintain independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, communicating with residents and families, documenting services, and following care plans and safety procedures.

Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shifts, including weekend rotation as scheduled.

$16.19 - $18.77 per hour (based on experience)

A resident assistant (RA) in senior living provides support and assistance to residents with their daily living activities and promotes a safe and engaging environment. Essential Functions

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
• CBRF training (preferred, not required)
• CPR Certification (preferred)
• Covid Vaccine (preferred)
