Job summary

The Marquardt, part of Illuminus, is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) in Watertown, WI for both full-time and part-time shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide companionship in a caring, faith-based setting on a 52-acre campus.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while promoting safety and independence. Training is available; CPR and CBRF credentials encouraged.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• CBRF training preferred, not required; CPR certification preferred.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of Watertown, WI.

The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for aResident Assistant(RA) in our Assisted Living (CBRF) .

Set on a 52-acre campus with rolling green lawns, gorgeous trees and flowers and paved walkways, The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as well as independent living options for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments.

Established in 1969, The Marquardt has continued to transform expectations of senior living with ever-evolving and expansive options in Watertown, Wisconsin, conveniently located halfway between Madison and Milwaukee.

CURRENT SCHEDULING NEEDS:

Part-time (0.6 FTE) and Full-time

• AM Shift - 6:00am - 2:00pm
• PM Shift - 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• NOC Shift - 10:00pm - 6:00am

COMPENSATION

• $17.50 - $18.62 per hour (based on experience)
• Enjoy an additional $2/hour on PMs and NOCs
• Look forward to a wage increase when you become a CNA

JOB SUMMARY:

A resident assistant (RA) in senior living provides support and assistance to residents with their daily living activities and promotes a safe and engaging environment. They help with tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and using the toilet, and also offer emotional support and companionship. RAs play a vital role in ensuring residents' well-being and independence.

Community-based residential facilities (CBRF) training preferred, but can be provided!

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
• CBRF training (preferred, not required)
• CPR Certification (preferred)
• Applicants must be located within approximately 30 minutes of Watertown, WI.
