Lutheran Homes & Health Services in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for FT, PT, or Casual positions on AM, PM or Night shifts.

The pay rate ranges from $40.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including health plan, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, PTO, shift differentials, and more.

The RN will assess residents, administer medications, document care, and provide person-centered nursing across memory care, skilled nursing and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin RN license active and in good standing.
• CPR certification active and current.
• Experience or knowledge in geriatrics.
• Familiarity with state and federal nursing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for residents' total nursing needs.
• Perform nursing assessments, medication administration and monitoring, and documentation.
• Deliver person-centered care across shifts and care settings.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse RN in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
