Job summary

Illuminus is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered personal care at our Fond du Lac community. You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and support daily living activities with compassion.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with weekend options; pay ranges from $19.06 to $22.77 per hour based on experience. Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry current status is required. Join us to help older adults live with dignity and comfort.

Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shifts, every weekend (one weekend off every other month).

$19.06 - $22.77 per hour (based on experience)

Essential Functions

• Provides resident-centered personal care and mobility assistance according to care plans and scope of training while protecting resident rights and confidentiality.


• Accurately documents care in the medical record and CareTracker and reports resident needs to the team leader before the end of each shift.


• Follows safety, infection control, universal precautions, PPE, body mechanics, equipment-use, and organizational policies while maintaining a compassionate, professional approach.


• Maintains reliable attendance, supports staffing/on-call coverage, completes required training and education, and collaborates with all disciplines to uphold the organization’s mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.


• Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
