Job summary

Vivie is hiring a Part-Time Resident Assistant to support residents in daily activities, meals, and wellbeing at their community. The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and fostering resident dignity and joy.

You will work 4:30pm-8:30pm, 20-28 hours per pay period, with every other weekend and holiday requirements. Compensation ranges from $19 to $23 per hour, non-exempt, based on experience and location.

• Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, or similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting their preferences.
• Encourage residents to engage in social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing resident spaces.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and help them transition smoothly into their new home.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care.

As a Resident Assistant At Vivie, You Will

This Job Also Requires
